RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Thank you for your purchase at Voglie Di Seta. By placing your order you fully accept the returns policy. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund, store credit or exchange. For more information on our returns policy, please see the section below.
Custom-made orders cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Products must be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to your address. The return address is always the warehouse of origin (even if abroad). We work with several warehouses around the world, including Asia, Europe and the United States. For more information on the provenance of a product category, please visit our FAQ page or contact us before placing your order.
All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached .
Especially for duvet cover sets and bedding products, we cannot accept returns/exchanges if the product has been washed, used, has a strong odor, or is a custom-made product.
RETURN PROCEDURE
To return an item, please email customer service at hello@vogliediseta.com to obtain an RMA number. After you receive an RMA (the same number as your order), print it or add a handwritten note and place it in the package.
(The RMA is a number to identify the package, it is not a shipping label prepaid).
Store the item safely in the original packaging and send the return to the address indicated.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide free prepaid labels.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return, as we will not be able to process your refund if the package does not reach the originating warehouse.
We do not charge any storage fees, however, if customs charges us a fee for releasing the package to be returned, the amount will be documented and deducted from the refund.
REFUNDS
After receiving the return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process the return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days after receiving your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card company. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
PLEASE NOTE
- Any import duties will not be refunded
- We do not provide prepaid shipping labels. All returns must be sent back to the warehouse in the country of origin.
